Can not send an e-mail in outlook express
Go to the account preferences.
Configure the options in the Servers tab as shown on the pictures.
1. Input the full name of your server.
2. Check the checkbox "My server requires authentication".
Go to the Advanced tab.
1. Set the smtp port to 25.
