You can receive backup either by mail either manually download it from server. If backup is small you can receive it by mail, but what if it uses more than 10, 100mb? If your mailbox allows to receive such a great attachment you may receive it by mail choosing "send full files by e-mail", if not, choose the option "send only link to e-mail", and you receive only a link to the backup on server. So you can download a backup from there. |
